What is the DUDEOFNEWYORK Initiative?
As I speak English, a unique blend of English, as a sole proprietor that intertwines British English, American English and what is known in other countries as “Speaking Proper” I speak how I want. In acknowledgement of formalities and environments, my language use is most definitely appropriate granted the environment. My best talent is my English literacy and I respect my language as it fundamentally is the unifying factor in all of me. Relations, Correspondence, Communications… Professionalism as a Working Professional? Got it! Sometimes I may ramble, going off in a — what some considerably denote as a tangent; however for the most part it is because of my comprehensive nature. I’m not referring to comprehensive engagement like the standards of some Behavioral Health Centers and Psychiatry & Mental health practitioners and professionals respectively; whereas their interactions and engagements are preemptive, crude with ulterior designations which are inherently prejudice although the capacity of their practice is optimized as such ( I’ll update the former fragment with a hyperlink at some point within the next few months)- because basically, they do not listen to you. f you ask me, the practice of psychiatry is getting carried away and the pettiness of composed practice is kind of indicative of internalized turmoil that’s wrongfully projected in standardized efforts disproportionately and inconducive to the point of healthcare and health & human business services. (Colloquially speaking… yes, shots fired)
Anyway, I am literate and educated.
The word “initiative” has many implications however the aim, no pun or harm intended is to establish a hallmark for recovery, relief, reinstatement and wellbeing.
This initiative will create a system to follow, will enact points of reference specific to me; Donatello. D’Amante. There are many different implications for what an initiative is! I want to acknowledge; all of the above. As of now, I am not privy specifically to all aspects; however as I progress towards the achievement of such economic well being establishment and the considerable maintenance and mentoring to others in the future; distinctions will be identified.
What is does success look like for DUDEOFNEWYORK Initiative?
Success in terms of this initiative is command of relief and active progression to a point of economic stability. That means ensuring that my safety and security in all respects of my life as a citizen and constituent is not in a status compromised after establishment of damage control. I am a student at one of the top Beauty Schools in the world. We’ve learned about one practice within the philosophy of my particular program that involves precise measurable methodology to inhibit and pinpoint areas of concern and trouble.
The definition of success in many regards is very broad. Through various operations I will be able to make distinct the first phase in this Initiative; total phases enumerated: To be determined.
Phase 1 — Economic Wellbeing: Front of House
Divisions: Physical, Systematic, Digital
Division 1: Physical
Right now, I am not in a good physical state, whereas various levels of distress is present. Don't get me wrong- I’m sane and in control. I have many years of good behavioral skills, positive reinforcement and a strong work ethic to thank for these particular capabilities, however in contrast; after a work related incident, associated injuries and disabilities, chronic and acute pain and suffering, great complications in healthcare, civil services and other experiences with attributed grievance and straight up failures with regards to social engagement and those occupied to various degrees with responsibilities who have essentially failed me. There are health, human and housing needs that can’t be remedied superficially with the many programs which realistically speaking in terms of business, benefits working parties with employment, policy securities and of course monetary compensation in the form of wages and intellectual fortitude in the form of hands on training and skills development. For an employee in a health & human or housing service; employment is the best perk of them all, I’m sure.
For me on the other hand…an individual and recipient in those regards; prior experiences have resulted in grievance and unsatisfactory assessments where I would grant several engagement judgement failures upon review. Of the many negative connotations, in practice not acknowledge directly with perceivable substantive undertones of indirect activities which is definably mind-boggling; direct conflict resolution and relief is necessary. That’s what led to the establishment of this initiative! I want my voice; as I am, as occupied and as respect heard, not because I want to be a humanitarian or an activist (people seem to have a social culture of advantageous disproportionate behavior towards these kinds of people of and outside of contractual occupations as employees and licensed professionals, which is unfair). I want my correspondence to be respect, verbally, in writing (by hand and electronic) in direct communications. There are beliefs of the validity of body language as viable non verbal communications however I know for a fact, the aforementioned is specific to parties involved.
All of what I’m saying: I need to establish for Phase 1 particular immediate relief in terms of:
Housing, Getting into a place of my own ASAP; establishing order as authorized by my immediate Family’s Matriarch; Command and Control of correspondence concerning my identity, associated data and my living situation and associated expenses.
Health, Providing communications to all involved parties within a reasonable time: which includes my job, my State’s Worker’s Compensation Board and really every Worker’s Compensation Board; my State and all other States Department(s) of Labor; the Companies at fault; doctors and medical facilities, legal representation; Evolving my Health & Wellness recovery efforts, providing my primary care doctor with necessary acknowledgement post-recommendations
Human, Establishing order interdependently, socially and as an adult in industries and in the everyday world, that includes getting back to studies- as human beings in an economy are intellectually occupied always…even in highs stakes situations.
This includes getting everyone on the same page, presenting plans and offers, getting applications submitted to court and communicating efforts effectively whereas people can help me to! It’s their job (respectfully)!
That pretty much concludes Division 1 of Phase 1. In conclusion, people in points of pertinent authority will know what’s going on for me specifically, can account for me and can see me reasonably progress. I’ve been real life struggling for more than a year, and its not my fault at all! I haven’t become a felon or acted out criminally; working within my means I done the best I could and have evolved occupationally to some degree.
Upon first impression, you will see I will be visibly better, which ultimately will mitigate future additional grievances; which is what I can do specifically and reasonably instead of blaming the world unrightfully whereas they are not at fault vs what people are to blame for logistics relative to services and failures identifiable.

Granted, all men are created equal. In demonstration of my intellectual capacity, I could rattle an entire armada of constitutional lingo but the point: I am identifiable in government systems and under the US Constitution, Federal Executive Administration, US Supreme Courts and other Federal Courts, US Congress with a Speaker, Senators and House of Representatives; under State Government responsible for local municipalities led by Mayors and County Executive’s respectfully with other authorities and jurisdictions that are led by streams of Corporate and other industry executive administrations, Policy makers and authoritarian parties; but my identification, my presence as a constituent and by my capacity as an intellectually occupied citizen and national. As such, in an event where people are impersonating me, granted negative connotations and wrongful criminal acts specifically due to inherent lack of good reason and authorization- in any event; recovery, relief and reinstatement of wellbeing ultimately is economic.
Any contingent would have a hard time successful using my identity for long if proper points of authorities are provided notice!
As such, there are 3 main involvements; the notification of points of authority, the investigation of preexisting records, and the establishment of new up-to-date identification considering progress in establishing wellbeing!
Points of authority, All institutionalized associates to many degrees operate considering association. There are intergovernmental organizations such as the United nations, Interpol, The Peace Corps, The Salvation Army, many national organizations such as Governments headed by Crown Royalty and Presidents worldwide; Regional organizations, State or Area governments and multi-site organizations, local organizations such as business and Law practitioner associations and of course small businesses! In todays world, electronic mail really changes the game and for the most part, the best person to contact is the one who is responsible for delegating tasks! This includes Editor-in-Chiefs; Company Directors and even Government Leadership.
Investigating Pre-existing records, After noticing many public records that are questionable, the formal investigation of such records, through compilation and serving of subpoenas whereas court intervention can be established in conjunction with pertinent executive administration as subject to State and Federal laws; systematically.
Getting Up to Date, In many regards only having one form of identification as an adult is problematic, similar with my phone of choice, bills and other points of identification and individuality. Systematically, very straight forward!
Ultimately there was a point in time for all points of identification whereas enissuement was non existent at some point! The creation of valid identification includes various points of assessment that affirm and support it’s integrity as an identification document for the individual. My passport card, my passport book, my driver’s license, my learners permit, my school ids, my NY law Department id card and High School ID and various other points of identification that were issued by various organizations are all considered as lost items, by executive classification. The specifics, of what was actually lost circumstantially and stolen situationally whereas I was robbed, a wrongful act is another factor for considerations of recovery of such damages; most of which due to grievances caused by various parties, regardless of general association.
The focus is being reestablishment of various status and economic wellbeing and correspondence is key, especially in a high-tech globally coordinated economy irrespective of social, cultural and government controversies granted the distinct understanding of the differentiation between lawful and unlawful actions; hence my confidence in public posting and tweeting amid complication and associated implications.

Phase 1 includes efforts concerning health, housing and human respects; systematic damage control and most definitely digital/ online and web cohesion. My identity online is disrupted by current situations of loss of access to digital accounts and my digital integrity; compromised needs to be recovered. By executive standards of protocol and procedure available 24/7 to end users, unmanned and preordained updated and developed periodically; such wizard kits that walk end users through recovery channels, technically solving issues as accounted for by developer teams. This aspect of the project includes precise efforts, granted data can change at any moment, as personal tech property is in the hands of unknown constituents, fugitives unlikely. 3 specific course of action in digital recovery, reinstatement and relief are to contact Electronic Mail Service Providers directly, Contact Telecommunication Service Providers Directly and to Contact individual online/electronic service companies directly; all of which providing points of identification which will satisfy standard requirements exponentially with available and accessible points of data; explaining prior recovery strategies, unfortunate events and changes and other issues which resulted in current circumstance. I am able to sign in to some services, and thus believe proof sufficient for recovery and reinstatement whereas accounts belong to me can be established not considering assessment of records lost and data compromised.

As an adult it is my intellectually occupational duty to recovery, achieve relief, and reinstatements practically whereas benefits are established.
Other Phases for the DUDEOFNEWYORK Initiative is contingent upon successful progress and additionally the goal is to maintain order amid disasters and other occurrences independently. In Conclusion, This is only the beginning. It is said, paraphrasing, that some of the closest people you’ve encountered are usually the most suspicious however in a world of instant messaging and end to end encryption; civil order and recovery are most achievable and thus most feasible.
